I've had good service from them on my older unit until it gave out and they gave me a really reasonable price on a new one, and then great service when it tripped and needed a technician to look at it. All was good, and no charge because it was under warranty, but Jeremy came out and was great to talk to and gave me more info about the unit so I would know better what to do if the sensors got tripped again. -
