He did a great job in communicating and managing my expectations about when materials would be delivered and the job would be completed. He was readily available to answer questions I had and when follow up was necessary on one of the vent covers, he personally took care of it to my satisfaction. I was very pleased and appreciated how a potentially stressful situation like replacing a roof was essentially a breeze. -
