4 years agoI first rated Shawn and Jay a 5 star review for my screened in porch. It was dark the last day they finished completion. So I told them no worries when it gets warmer they can come back and install my ceiling fan as we had planned and correct any issues. Now after several phone calls, texts, emails I am ghosted. His wife Amanda owns the company contacted her as well. My door doesn't latch properly on my porch. The aluminum used to wrap my lumber is bowing in many places and needs nails. Also caulking needs to be applied for the gaps where light is coming through and now bugs in my porch. Shawn prides himself in communication. Please look elsewhere before hiring them as they do not follow through with their commitments. -
