3 years agoDC Home Solutions came to clean my gutters. They were fantastic. Texted me before they arrived. Showed up on time. They were so polite. They cleaned gutters and downspouts and even reattached one that was pulling away. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me a full report. They were the 5th company I had called (others either no-showed, never returned my calls, or kept postponing my service). And they were half the price of the two 'big companies' who push you to book with them. I will keep calling DC Home Solutions! -

4 years agoBeware - DC Home Solutions did a horrible job! They came out during the day, unfortunately I had a meeting, so after greeting him at the door I returned to my Zoom meeting. They quickly did something and then texted me after leaving. There was no pictures (before or after) and no cleanup after doing my gutters - black sledge was all over my deck, stairs, windows and home which was recently painted. I had to called a different company (Affordable Gutter Cleaning) that responded promptly to clean the mess and check my gutters. Dylan claims they left the 'shingle sand' because he didn't have a water hose - however I checked and my hose was next to the deck stairs the whole time. He said he couldn't clean the mess on my chimney because the roof was steep...my question is - did you really do the gutters? I would not trust them unless you're able watch everything they do the entire time. I was so disappointed and frankly I felt my home was violated and we were cheated. Please be careful - there's companies that don't care and plan to take advantage.
