9 years agoTree removal went as scheduled, but it's been almost a month and a half and the stumps still haven't been ground. I have left numerous messages on both the office phone and the owner's mobile phone, and he hasn't returned any of my calls. Since he hasn't returned my calls I can not recommend the company. -

13 years agoI first called Middle Tennessee Tree Service on 12/13/2012. I left a message on his cell phone, and he returned my call within five minutes and was in my driveway within another ten minutes. I was very impressed with this response. Since then, there were several times when he did not respond to other voice mails and it seemed like he was putting me off. Today when the tree finally came down. he showed up 75 minutes after the time he told me he would be here. Other than communication and punctuality problems, he did good quality work. -

They were curteous and actually showed up early to that they could work me into their schedule. I will definately use them in the future. -
