4 months agoPROFESSIONAL, FAST, AND THOROUGH!! This past Sunday, in the winds, an approximately 20 foot section of an Ash tree in our yard broke off and fell in our neighbor's yard, leaving just the damaged trunk. Thankfully no property damage was done and no one was hurt. I reached out to Dee at Ratliff Landscape and Tree Removal and he immediately responded. After see ing pictures I'd sent, he was able to identify that the tree had been infested with the Emerald Ash Board Beetle that is killing off the Ash tree species in Middle Tn and all over the country. As the remaining tree was still a danger, he got his crew out to us almost immediately. Within an hour of arriving, working into the dark, they had the fallen section of tree removed, as well as the remaining damaged trunk. The crew was highly professional and talented. They cleaned up leaving not a trace that they had been there other than the removed tree. Dee followed up and gave a detailed explanation of what is happening with the Emerald Ash Board Beetle. If you have any trees that need trimming or removal, I highly recommend Dee and his crew to help. They were quick to respond, noted the seriousness of the situation, and were fairly priced. They are an excellent company to work with. -

Dee had his crew out seemingly instantly, had the tree off the house, and a tarp covering the damage. Can't recommend him and his guys enough! Just don't wait until the tree is on your roof.
