3 years agoWe used Websters Tree Service in late November 2022 and are happy to share that we are very happy with the services they provided. The important thing is that we agreed on the price estimate (they gave us a discount) and that they did their work exactly as stipulated in the service contract. The removal of the main tree was done precisely, clean (without debris falling into our neighbors backyards), they collected and disposed of all the debris, but left us a good chunk of firewood as we asked them. Then the trimming of the other two trees was done also precisely and very neat. What's more important is that their equipment for the stump grinding was not available on the day of the service provided but nevertheless they assured us that they will finish the job within two days. This is exactly what they did (without any delay) and we are very satisfied with the results - precise, clean and neat. We are glad to recommend Websters Tree Services and say "Thank you" to them for the excellent services they provided. -

6 years agoMr. Webster and crew removed a large oak tree that was too close to our home in Smyrna, TN last week. They did a great job, very professional and precise. It was impressive watching them work, from Mr. Webster in the bucket methodically trimming the limbs, then the rest of the tree, controlling where the pieces fell, and the crew putting the pieces into the chipper and raking up any debris. They also ground the stump. I am happy to recommend their services. -

6 years agoI had a large Bradford pear that was damaged and likely to fall on my house. It was ticking time bomb. One branch had already split off and had caused no damage but there were other heavy branches that would have fallen on the house for sure. So I needed quick help. Unlike others I tried to call, I was able to get in touch with Webster's and get an actual human response. They were able to give me a start date that was only days away and not weeks. He really listened to my situation did his best to get to me right away. They were well equipped and used a extended bucket to get access to the tree site at the back of the house. The job was done quickly and professionally, including grinding away the stump. Furthermore, they ground away two smaller stumps on my property for no additional charge. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Webster and Webster's Tree Service.
