3 months agoSO GLAD WILDWOOD RIDGE GOT RID OF THIS COMPANY and changed to a new one. Not only did they suck by always dropping our trash down our hallways, on the last day of them picking up their trash cans they dumped trash from the trash right outside of our doors! No apartment manger should ever consider this company EVER. Their team is horrible and I hope more and more companies decide to cancel their contracts with you. So long suckers ! Good luck landing contracts with a 3.3 rating -

3 months agoTerrible service. Not surprised to see so many poor reviews. My apartment uses A1 as their trash collection service. I left my trash bin outside on Monday as I was leaving for a work trip. Came back on Thursday to find it still there. This is not the first time something similar is happening with them. They pick and choose which bags they want to collect -

7 months agoPer the agreement in place with my apartment complex, I left a few small, broken down boxes out for collection by the valet trash service on Sunday, July 26. Ten days and eight collections later, these boxes are still outside my door. A1 trash employees have deliberately ignored this recycling out of pure laziness, and I have ring camera footage to prove it. They will often do the same with full trash bags, as made clear by the reviews and by the pungent odors forever lingering in the apartment communities they service. Hopefully they can get this sorted out. Otherwise, it is a disgrace to valet trash service. -
