2 years agoEvery time I call in regards to my business everybody tells me they are going to email me what I am requesting and they never do. I asked for new dumpsters and I never received them. I am very dissatisfied because nothing gets accomplished when I call. Waste management is charging me thousands of dollars in overage charges but I can not rectify the issue because Waste Tech is not helping. They always answer the phone but why answer the phone is you are not working to resolve anything? -
