1 month agoArthur and Ryland did an incredible job with my bathroom remodel. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves after each day of work. They were professional and arrived on time and finished the job in the time frame promised. Arthur's tile work is impeccable! A little expensive considering I purchased everything needed for the remodel so all they had to do was install everything. And the final bill was more expensive than the original quote. Those are the two reasons I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars. -

7 years agoWe just had a bathroom re-done. Had a contract written up with our specific needs. Of the five specific items, they did two. When the work was complete and we got to do a good look at the work, it was extremely shoddy. Tiles were not flat, some tiles had very large grout gaps and tiles were mis-cut. They did come in and fix it, but squabbled on why I didn't report it sooner. Aren't they supposed to be professionals and inspect their own work? Recommendation-- Go to someone else.
