3 months agoLJ BUILDERS recently redid all our flooring. Removing 3 different types and installing a beautiful updated fresh look throughout the home. Everything looks absolutely incredible and from start to finish the attention to detail and care and overall work ethic shown is truly incredible. What I thought was going to be a stressful process has been almost too easy. They handled everything, even things we never thought of, they were so thorough and clean and finished ahead of schedule. We are so excited for everything else to come and all of our future projects with them because this has been such a game changer from start to finish. 4 months agoI worked with this company when my house had water damage and all I can say it was the most painful insurance claim i've had to go through. Additionally, they left off scope that i'm sure would have been approved but because it was submitted as a addendum, I had to come out of pocket. Many contracting companies know how to structure estimates for insurance submission so everything is approved. I ended up having to come out of pocket well beyond my deductible. There were delays on the insurance side as well, but here we are almost 7 months later and while the work is done, I'm trying to get this closed out. The workmanship was good. I did have to call them back out a couple times to address some obvious things and then on the final fix, which was done poorly and definitely not how it was done before, I gave up and will fix myself. There was lots of confusion along the way with estimates, approvals, quotes, etc. The guys are nice and all, just not an enjoyable process. -

In an era where contractors are notorious for not showing up on time and doing sloppy work, this company was a pleasure to work with. The crew was friendly, polite, and punctual. They did everything they promised and did it with excellence. I would not hesitate to use them again. After having to tear apart our kitchen and master bedroom from some water and mold damage, we wondered if our house would ever look the same again. By the time they were done, it looked as good as new. -

We hired them for an exterior fireplace renovation, along with a few other small projects in our home, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, their communication was flawless-we always knew what to expect, and kept us informed all along the way. One of the highlights of working with Lawrence's team was their incredible designer, who took the stress out of decision making. She helped us select the most beautiful tile and marble and even guided us in choosing some lighting fixtures. It is rare to find a team that combines talent, professionalism and outstanding customer service so seamlessly. If we could give something higher than 5 stars, we would!
