12 years agoBFC was responsible for the development of our co-op. They did a horrible job. After all the shareholders moved in, we started having problems. We have a leaky roof, the pitch of the roof is all wrong, the thoroseal was not correctly applied. The co-op has tried for years to get BFC to repair our building to no avail. Now our co-op is forced to pay for a new roof that will cost over $1 million dollars.
