2 years agoWe called for an estimate on updating our sprinkler system. He had my husband turn on each section and told him what was needed. Most companies will give you a free review and estimate. Not this one. It cost us $156.09 for an estimate not even in writing. He basically did nothing but tell us how bad our system was and that we needed to replace all the heads. He won't be updating my system. -

2 years agoI do not know how these people are in business. They insist on charging us a cancellation fee even though they say we cancelled the previous day. They do not know how to run a business and they definitely do not know how to treat people. There are many good reputable sprinkler companies that are better options for our area. You risk a lot of extra unfair charges with these guys! -

2 years agoI scheduled this sprinkler company months ago, then cancelled the day before (24 hours in advance). I just received an invoice with a cancellation fee. What?!! $55.59 to cancel? I cancelled 24 hours in advance. I recommend never using this company, especially do not schedule with them! -

2 years agoC&E has worked on my sprinklers many times. Craig shows up on time and completes the work including good balance between repair or replace for components. Problems are fixed when he leaves. -
