There was a 3 man crew that came out day after day and worked like you'd love a contractor to work to get the job done. It was a large job and took about 4 weeks. During this time they had access on their own to our entire property and they were very trustworthy. I had gotten a quote from all the Spray Foam Insulators in Spokane and Kwik was my choice and 4 weeks later after it's done, it was a good choice.

FAQ

How does Kwik Insulation determine pricing for spray foam insulation projects?

We base pricing on the project's size, location, and specific needs like residential retrofits or commercial new builds. Custom quotes account for materials, labor, and any site preparation required to seal spaces tightly. Contact us for a detailed estimate tailored to your Eastern Washington property.

Are you licensed and insured for insulation work?

Kwik Insulation carries the necessary licensing and insurance to perform spray foam installations safely across homes, businesses, farms, and industrial sites. This coverage protects your property during our work on walls, attics, and other areas. We meet local requirements for all projects in Spokane and surrounding areas.

Does Kwik Insulation handle spray foam insulation for both residential and commercial projects?

We specialize in spray foam insulation installs for residential homes, including retrofits and new builds, as well as commercial buildings and large-scale sites. Our crews apply foam between wall studs, in attics, and open spaces using equipment like scissor lifts for higher areas. This approach works for farms and industrial projects throughout Eastern Washington.

What is your typical timeline and scheduling process for insulation jobs?

We commit crews that return day after day until the job finishes, with large projects taking about four weeks depending on scope. Scheduling starts with your preferred start date, and we provide clear arrival windows each day. Our steady effort ensures projects wrap up on time without rushed work.

What does Kwik Insulation do for cleanup after spray foam insulation installation?

We handle all waste and debris removal from the site, leaving your property clean and ready for use. Crews protect floors, furniture, and surrounding areas during foam application between studs or in open spaces. This includes disposing of any packaging or excess materials properly.

Why is hiring you better than doing spray foam insulation as a DIY project?

Our trained crews use specialized equipment for even application that seals gaps tightly, which DIY methods often miss and lead to poor energy efficiency. We balance insulation with proper ventilation to avoid moisture issues like ice dams, knowledge critical for long-term performance. Professional installation complies with local codes and handles large-scale jobs safely that exceed homeowner capabilities.
