6 years agoRidiculous client service. The owner Osman Yazgan was "helping" me personally. I sent him the development specs for a restaurant, the blue prints for the existing space complete with electrical and pluming diagrams per his request. Then after 48 hours with no further reply he simply says "We shall not be able to help you.." I asked him "Could you kindly explain why?" and he replies back "There is not enough information.. We really don't have time to price this kind of projects. We need full construction drawings to be able to bid a job like this." I gave him 100% of all the documents he needed, I even supplied a cad for him to see the concepts finished look.. Clearly my $150k project is not worth his companies time, or the other 3 locations I need built!
