1 year agoIf I could give them more than five stars I would. The most positive, professional, responsive company I have dealt with in a very long time. Tim immediately got a tech out to my house and he, George, was friendly, professional, thorough, competent, and efficient. They simultaneously coordinated an inspector so we woldn't be without heat over the weekend (and perhaps through a week long holiday). To top it all off, Tim called later to see if everything was OK. Absolutely amazing experience - HIGHLY recommend Metro and wouldn't even consider calling anyone else after this fantastic experience. -

Turns out all I needed was the thermostat reset, somehow it reset. The office staff and technician were amazing! So helpful and great attitudes plus they save me money over $6000! -

2 years agoMetro's office staff and technicians are and were complete professionals when installing our hot water heaters over the years and our standby generator. The work was thorough, and the work area was left neat when the job was completed. The technicians were knowledgeable and did not appear to mind answering questions while doing their work. The office personnel are equally as impressive, knowledgeable and patient while answering questions or scheduling service appointments. -
