This team spent not one but TWO full days on the lot, ensuring that every sidewalk and the entirety of the parking lot was totally clear of ice and snow. The crew did the work exactly as agreed upon, checked in to make sure everything looked right. They worked efficiently, handled everything safely, and treated our property with respect. When the job was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the area looking better than before. All debris was hauled away, and the yard, driveway, and sidewalks were spotless. What stood out most was their work ethic. It has become increasingly rare to find contractors who truly want to work and then actually work hard. James and his team are the exception.
