1 year agoFast, efficient, professional, communicated well, easy to talk to, explained the process well, and answered all my questions without being condescending. A waterline burst the day before we were leaving for out of town and ruined our wood floors. Our insurance suggested Paul Davis for mitigation - we called and contracted with them while we were out of town. They came in our house to perform mitigation services with my son handling it with them. Ryan and Hunter were very respectful with my 21 year old son and always took my calls while we were out of town. By the time we got home, everything from our kitchen was neatly boxed up and labeled and the floors and cabinets were taken out - they prepared us well for the next step of reconstruction. We would definitely recommend them. They made a tough situation much easier to deal with. -

He made us feel a bit more at ease in a very stressful situation.
