13 years agoEvery single experience we have had with them has been very satisfying. They give very detailed proposals so you can see what they are charging you for. Here is one example. When we first bought this house, in 2009, we needed to get some of the clapboards replaced. Steve came and did a thorough inspection of the siding and then offered us three alternative ways to fix it up. For each alternative he gave us a detailed cost estimate, showed us samples of the material that would be used and gave us a rationale for the one he recommended. Then he gave us time to think about it. For a more recent project, upgrading a bathroom, he sent us to his plumbing supplier and let us select the sink and toilet we wanted and then submitted his proposal with those specific items in it. I always feel I can trust them. I feel that they are striving to do good, solid work, but to keep costs reasonable as well. They are also very good about alerting you in advance for when they will come and they are very neat and clean up their mess at the end of each day.
