Paul and his team were wonderful to work with. We had a drainage issue alongside our driveway and determined best to install a French drain and 4 catch basins with a solid pipe to the culvert. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, and even pressure washed the driveway before leaving. I'd highly recommend Paul & Drip Dry Drainage to complete your work.

Paul and Kevin did an incredible job installing drains in my yard. I have dogs and after every rainfall, the yard was a muddy mess and those dogs tracked mud everywhere. Paul was able to install drains to help dry up the yard (we actually have grass now!). He also took a look at our crawlspace and identified where water was getting in due to the runoff from the street. Honestly something I wouldn't have even thought to look at. He was professional, offered creative solutions, and just took his time understanding our needs. Highly recommend!

Paul and Kevin are very dependable and hard working men! They do NOT send out an unsupervised crew to do the job! They do the work themselves assuring it is done right the first time. They recently put in a French drain in my front yard, and the drain was tested the next night with a very heavy rain. The French drain took care of all the water! I definitely recommend Drip Dry Drainage!

Paul is extremely personable as was Kevin. He offered me a fair price, and was able to come earlier than he originally thought to a schedule change. I selected his company because of the reviews. The issue was that it took him longer to complete the job than he originally thought which dips into profitability and the ability to get to other jobs. After day three he was looking for things to cut out of what we originally discussed, leaving the job undone and for me to finish. Pics below. My issue is he set a price for a job discussed. If the job was a learning experience it should still be honored to professional completion. With being a new business owner it pains me to negatively affect his reviews, but when you commit to a price for specific tasks it should be honored regardless of underestimating the time needed to complete the job as that falls squarely on the shoulders of the contractor.

We had Paul and Kevin install several French drains and river rocks for us. There was a serious drainage issue on the side of the house. We had several other people try to rectify the situation and they were unsuccessful. Paul came up with a great solution and gave us a fair price. We had two other companies come out and quote us on the job. It was a two-day job and very labor intensive. We have had some heavy rain and the drains have worked well. I would recommend Drip, Dry, Drain and will use them for any drainage issues in the future.

FAQ

How does Drip Dry Drainage determine pricing for drainage and foundation projects?

We assess the scope of the project, including site conditions, materials needed, and labor required, to provide a fair and transparent quote. Factors like excavation depth for French drains or retaining wall height influence the final cost. Homeowners receive a detailed breakdown upfront to understand the value.

Are you licensed and insured for handyman and foundation work?

Drip Dry Drainage carries full insurance coverage to protect both our team and your property during drainage system installations, foundation repairs, and handyman tasks. Our experience with complex jobs like catch basins and retaining walls is backed by proven results on past projects. This ensures safe, professional handling of every service.

Does Drip Dry Drainage install French drains, catch basins, and retaining walls?

We specialize in installing French drains to address serious drainage issues, catch basins connected to culverts, and retaining walls alongside trenches. Our team also handles vapor barriers in crawl spaces and gravel paths for effective water management. These services resolve problems that other contractors couldn't fix.

What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling?

We respond quickly to requests and accommodate schedule changes by arriving earlier when possible. Projects like French drain installations are completed efficiently based on site access and scale. Expect clear communication on timelines from initial contact through completion.

How does Drip Dry Drainage handle cleanup and debris after a job?

We leave the work area clean, removing excavated soil, gravel excess, and installation debris from drainage or foundation projects. This includes tidying up after trench digging or retaining wall construction. Your property is restored to a usable state right after we finish.

Why is hiring you better than attempting a DIY drainage fix?

Professional approaches use proper grading, pipe sizing, and materials like solid pipes to culverts, preventing future foundation damage from poor DIY efforts. Our insured team avoids common errors such as inadequate slope or unstable retaining walls that lead to costly repairs. Experience ensures long-term solutions for issues like hillside water runoff.
