We just had our bathroom remodel done by The Bath Shop, the design process went very well and we were shown many options and given advice on what would work well in our space. the actual demo and construction took a little over 2 months, there were a few delays and issues along the way, the cabinet we ordered was damaged when they brought it out, we waited 2 weeks for another and that one came damaged as well, the 3rd took only a little over a week and was finally in good shape. We had originally decided to have our painter do the wall painting and ceiling paint/repair (seem crack that needed fixing), however when we got to that point he had a family emergency and was not available in the time we needed him. The bath shop was able to get a painter to do the job, however this was not the normal painter they had on staff. The company they brought in did not do a great job, the ceiling repair was awful and eventually the painter from the bath shop had to come and fix everything the contract painter did wrong. After everything was fixed and the job done it looks great it was just a journey to get there.

My wife Susan and I had discussed a bathroom remodel for two years. After interviewing several contractors in person or on the phone, we decided to make an appointment to meet Stephanie at the BathShop. Stephanie patiently listened to our questions and suggested we set up a time for her to visit our home. Ater doing so we met again with her at the design center. Again Stephanie was patient as she presented basic plans based on our thoughts and needs presented with her experience and fine eye for how the final project would look We made some minor changes and agreed to have the BathShop change how our home would look and function. BUT then came the best part. After a day of (Caution scary word here) demolition the crew came in headed by Kerry who was exceptionally communicative and truly a delightful person. We got updates nearly every day as to which part of the work would be done, when the craftsmen would arrive and what they hoped to accomplish. Every part of the work was outstandingly sequenced which added to our excitement as we looked forward to seeing our new bathroom. We are over the moon pleased with all they accomplished in less time than the original projected completion date. Finally, besides the professional work offered by the BathShop. Both Susan and I miss the friends we made with the several craftsmen. I recommend them and the BathShop without reservation. I am sure any who have the pleasure of working with this "company" will find it more a family than a business. They truly care about their work and the people they serve.

Today, we closed out our kitchen remodel project with The Bath Shop. We are extremely pleased with the final results. Throughout the process, the team was responsive to every call and question we had, explaining the methods and specifications required for our small kitchen. Their craftsmen were all prompt and courteous. Kerry, our project manager, was attentive to every detail and accommodated our schedules to keep the project moving along. We are delighted and love our bright, clean, and modern kitchen, and can't wait to show it off to friends and relatives! We highly recommend The Bath Shop and they will be our 'go to' for our future bathroom renovation. Thank you, Stephanie, Maryn, and Kerry on another successful renovation. Best wishes! Their team was professional and reliable, showing up on time and keeping me updated every step of the way. The communication was clear and friendly, and they offered creative ideas that turned my space into a beautiful oasis. The quality of the work is evident in the flawless tile work and the perfectly fitted shower. I couldn't be happier with the bathroom renovation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom contractor.

Our Guest Bath Makeover Experience with The Bath Shop From start to finish, our guest bathroom transformation-from tub to shower-was outstanding. The craftsmanship was flawless, and every member of the team impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our home. Stephanie, our designer, had the perfect vision and guided us with talent second to none. Behind the scenes, the layout and rendering team brought her ideas to life so we could clearly see the finished space before work even began. Kristian and his demo partner worked swiftly and so cleanly that you'd never know demolition had taken place-there wasn't a speck of dust left behind! Phil, the plumber, put in long, careful hours to ensure every pipe was perfectly placed and secure. The tile team delivered perfection, laying each piece with precision and artistry. The glass team followed with beautiful, sparkling shower doors that completed the look. Finally, our project manager, Kerry tied it all together. He kept us informed at every step, coordinated the schedule seamlessly, and ensured that every detail met The Bath Shop's high standards. The most impressive part? Every person who entered our home was courteous, professional, and left everything spotless. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful, inviting bathroom they created. We wholeheartedly recommend The Bath Shop to anyone considering a bathroom makeover! Peggy & Ed Gleason

FAQ

How does The Bath Shop determine pricing for bathroom remodels?

We assess your space, discuss your needs, and provide a custom quote based on the scope, including demo, materials, and finishes. Factors like tub-to-shower conversions or full makeovers influence the total, ensuring it stays within your budget. Free estimates are available after an initial consultation to review options.

Are you licensed and insured for bathroom remodeling work?

The Bath Shop carries full licensing and insurance to cover all demolition, construction, and installation tasks. This protects your home and ensures compliance with local codes during projects like walk-in showers or vanity upgrades. Homeowners can verify our credentials during the scheduling process.

Does The Bath Shop handle tub-to-shower conversions and full bathroom makeovers?

We specialize in tub-to-shower conversions, guest bath transformations, and complete remodels for multiple rooms, including features like freestanding tubs, glass enclosures, and herringbone tile floors. Our team manages the full process from design guidance to demo and finishes. This covers specific tasks seen in our walk-in shower and double vanity projects.

What is the typical timeline for your bathroom remodel projects?

We complete most bathroom remodels, including multi-room renovations, within the projected timeframe by coordinating demo, construction, and finishes efficiently. Timelines depend on project size, such as a single tub-to-shower conversion versus full makeovers, but we prioritize on-time delivery. Expect clear scheduling updates from our project manager throughout.

How does The Bath Shop handle cleanup and debris after a bathroom remodel?

We remove all waste and debris from demolition and construction daily, leaving your home clean and usable. Our team hauls away old tubs, tiles, and materials promptly to minimize disruption. Final walkthroughs confirm the space is spotless before we consider the job done.

Why is hiring you better than doing a DIY bathroom remodel?

Our design team provides space-savvy advice to optimize layouts, avoiding common errors like poor plumbing placement or mismatched fixtures that DIY often encounters. We use professional tools and sequencing for safe demo, waterproofing, and tiling, reducing risks of leaks or structural issues. This ensures durable results that fit your lifestyle without the hazards of amateur work.
