1 month agoWe decided to get an estimate for a vapor barrier in our crawl space. Once the appointment was made I was contacted by the technician, Jake and he sent his picture ahead of the appointment so we knew who we were dealing with. He spent over 40 minutes inspecting the crawl space and provided pictures of what he found. He was up front about what we needed and didn't need and did not pressure us to sign anything. He left a contract with us to read. After getting two more estimates, we felt confident that Crawlspace Medic was the best option for us. Once the contract was signed, they kept in contact with us about the expected start date. They estimated it was a two-day job, but it turned out to be the better part of three-days and the crew cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. The project is finished, and we are pleased with the end result. -

1 month agoWe've been having a lot of settling in the house lately and it's been making me nervous. Jake came out and did a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. The great news was that he didn't find anything alarming, but he did find a lot of things that need work. He sat down with me after the inspection and showed me tons of photos that he'd taken, and made great recommendations about what they could do to make things better. One of the things I was nervous about was how much it would cost. The final quote to fix everything is very reasonable, especially since I thought our space was going to need major work. I really appreciate the way Jake explained everything, and I'm excited about getting the work done. Thank you, Jake! They showed me all the pictures showed me that I had a little bit of a leak on a pressure tank which I'll get that fixed out of a five star rating.
