2 years agoFollow up: Last year I used CRS to replace my windows throughout my house, a major project and one I was not looking forward to doing. Van Starling was open, honest and true to his professionalism. My custom made, hurricane resistant windows were built quicker than promised and the installation, which I dreaded, was quick, clean and remarkable. I could not be more pleased with the exceptional quality, soundproofing and function of CRS's custom made windows. Unbelievably, the price for their highest quality windows was on par with the factory built windows I was replacing. Oh, did I mention that CRS's windows have a lifetime guarantee?? The last note of interest: I recently noticed a leak which I suspected came from a window or roof issue. Since Van had done both jobs, he sent a repairman out the next day! He used his investigative skills to determine to faulty area and quickly fixed the issue and I have not had a problem since, even under the same weather conditions. I am so thrilled with the products and service after the sale that I have received from Van and CRS. I highly recommend them for any roofing and window needs you may have. Consolidated Roofing Systems provided me the best service in my life. We had a previous roofer who did a terrible job. CRS was able to fix all of our leaks, gave us a beautiful roof and guaranteed the work for 50 years! What a great company, truly professional, clean and uber fast! Thanks CRS. -

5 years agoVan Starling is the ultimate professional. He and his crews always deliver everything they promise and more. He replaced the roof on my Mama's house in an amazingly short amount of time and did it perfectly. The results were stunning and the customer service was priceless. Consolidated Roofing came to the rescue again when my own roof had to be replaced. Again, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. When the work was done not only did my home look beautiful, they cleaned up so good my yard never looked better. Mr Starling is a perfectionist and his customers benefit from his attention to detail. 6 years agoVan and his team were great to deal with. The communication was great from start to finish (from quoting our roof to finishing our roof). They did a great job cleaning up (I think we have only found 3 nails compared to over 100 at our last house when we had our roof replaced). CRS literally handled everything and it went very smooth! They even provided references in our area so we could look at their work ahead of time! Highly recommended! -

8 years agoCRS did an expert job on our new roof. Before starting, Sterling took us through the whole process explaining why they need to do what they do. The invoice listed everything they will do. They worked us into their busy schedule to meet our schedule. He was very patient with me when I had trouble choosing a color. He was a little more expensive than the other quotes we got but worth every penny. We got a quality roof for an excellent price with a 50 year warranty! Very satisfied.
