11 months agoBuyer beware. Builder hires subpar subcontractors and refuses to stand behind their work. There is a long line of people with issues from the "quality custom built homes." Simply put: avoid this builder if possible -

12 months agoFound out some things were happening with the electrical system at our house and the builders EES was the company who did the electrical part came out and were able to fix what was going on. I am glad they were able to help after miscommunication and did even after the 1 year mark. The owner was easy to work with and prespro got them to contact us very quickly.
