5 months agoI have had the good fortune of working with First Choice Roofing for a number of projects for my home. Three years ago, I they replaced the roof of my home. Their teams were very professional and hard working and did an excellent job that I am more than satisfied with. The staff were very easy to work with, and very respectful of my needs. Last year I once again hired them to install new PVC gutters around the perimeter of my roof, including gutter guards. They gave special attention to any areas that had experienced improper drainage in the past, and also repaired any wood rot present in the fascia with PVC. They were careful to keep me informed of any issues that had to be resolved before the gutters could be installed. They also helped me assess some of the wood rot issues around some of my windows. After the gutter installation, and after I had replaced some windows, I asked them to take care of some other wood rot issues, by installing additional PVC. During this process they were careful to walk me through the steps that they would take, and the details of each repair. First Choice Roofing has been a very pleasant, detail oriented, and flexible company with whom to do business. They constantly made sure that I was completely informed. I want to give special thanks to the FCR Project Manager Jennifer Morris for her expertise, accessibility and attention during all of these repairs. -

6 months agoChristo and his team helped us repair our leaking roof, working through getting an insurance quote, and ultimately choosing to work directly with First Choice Roofing. Our roof is a mix of shingles and EPDM (a flat roof covering), and Christo met us with solutions that worked for what the previous owners did, and how we wanted to solve for the leaks without throwing the whole roof out. Quotes were reasonable and detailed. Great problem solver, communicator, and wow were they fast! Fast to respond, quote, and repair/install. Our roof is aging and when time comes to replace the shingles in full, FCR is our choice to install our new roof. For now, we're happy with the work done!
