2 months agoKevin and his team were great. They did a full kitchen remodel, added a bathroom, and replaced ~2k sq ft of flooring among other things. Juan was our project manager and did a great job keeping everything moving along smoothly. Johnathon (flooring) and Ivan (painting, cabinets, other general work) were also awesome. The remodel was done quickly (9 weeks), especially considering it went over the week of Thanksgiving (we asked them not to work Tue-Fri that week) and we (the homeowner) made a couple design changes mid-project. Everyone was friendly and professional. Communication was great. Kevin provided a detailed fixed-price bid, which we appreciated. We also like how thorough he was determining structural needs/changes in the house. Everything turned out beautifully and we expect to use Contractor Kev for bathroom remodels in the near future. -

6 months agoKevin and Juan were fabulous to work with. They built a new screened porch for us that exceeded all our expectations at a very reasonable price. The subs working for them did quality work, and the project was completed in a timely fashion. The cleanup was excellent. The porch is very substantially built--not just a bunch of 2x4's. All the wood is wrapped in easy to wipe down PVC, and no painting will ever be required. Kevin and Juan are both very nice young men who were extremely prompt to acknowledge all communications with them. They were very amenable to any suggestions and slight changes that came up during the construction. We are delighted that we chose Contractor Kev for this project. -

I literally started with a blank slate and a vision and they brought it to reality and well beyond what I could have imagined. The attention to detail and the output is phenomenal. They were awesome with communication and kept me regularly updated with progress on supplies and inspections. They were spot on with pricing and we are immensely thankful to have the functional space that we need. I can't recommend this company enough. You can't go wrong in selecting this company to do your home projects and we plan to go back in the next year for a bathroom addition! Thank you for making our dream a reality!!!
