5 years agoDO NOT LET THIS CONTRACTOR PERFORM YOUR HOME REPAIRS!!! IKE 360 is, without a doubt, the worst contractor I have dealt with in my 10 years of commercial construction and contacting. IKE 360 was selected by the selling realtor to perform my home repairs, meaning they got their payment up front. It took them 2 months and 5 visits to fix half of the items, and they still left several major items on the agreed scope incomplete. There were several appointments they totally blew off. They were disorganized and tried to act like everything was finished, but their lead guy didn't even have a list of what needed to be done! I printed one off (that his boss created months earlier), went through it with him, and fully half of the items remained untouched. I eventually gave up with these people and reported their conduct and lack of permits to Mecklenburg County. This is not a good contractor.
