3 years agoI utilized Tim Moss & Sons to do a substantial amount of work at my home. My home had suffered extensive water damage associated with two water leaks, which were created during faulty installation of a new floor in my home. This resulted in serious problems with mold, sagging beams and subfloors, a ruined floor, and damage in the kitchen and bathrooms. Tim Sr and Tim Jr and their crews performed incredible work in a professional and timely manner. They worked around. my challenging schedule and leveled my house, reinforced the structure, encapsulated the crawl space, added a permanent dehumidifier, replaced the insulation, leveled and completely replaced the subfloor as needed, and replaced the floor with new LVP in the entire house, and repaired / remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms, including countertops, sinks, fixtures, cabinet repairs, new countertops and a new shower. In addition, they lifted and repaired the A/C unit and installed all new appliances for me, replaced the plumbing under the house, and replaced a leaking sewer pipe out to the street. I was totally overwhelmed at times, and knowing I could trust them made all the difference. They kept me informed at all times. They also helped me throughout the entire process of navigating this issue with my homeowners insurance carrier. I have nothing but excellent feedback to offer about Tim Moss & Sons, and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a substantial amount of work done. They perform work with complete integrity and transparency, and watched out for my best interest throughout the process. I would absolutely hire them again. -

I've been a developer, contractor and buyer in the commercial and residential construction industry for more than twenty (20) years and can FINALLY say I have found a multifaceted General Contractor like Tim Moss & Sons who ALWAYS do what they say they are going to do!! I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Tim Moss & Sons for the past two decades both professionally and personally. The work they performed for me recently was absolutely impeccably done under very difficult weather conditions! The diagnosed my water leakage problems in our exterior living room quickly and proceeded to perform the necessary exterior repairs in an exemplary manner! The quality of the brick work, exterior woodwork including painting and roof work was OUTSTANDING!
