1 month agoDerek helped me with my last minute request to help with a move. He was punctual, Courteous and strong! He left my kitchen box in kitchen and the rest in one of the rooms when he could have left everything in the family room. He also made sure my things were secured properly by knotting the bags which were packed in a hurry. Last but not the least, I overpaid by mistake and he didn't hesitate a second to make me aware of it. I am saving his number for any future moves. -

8 months agoI was concerned because I needed to get several large pieces of furniture from my dad's apartment, and the move had to happen quickly. I contacted Derek on a Tuesday, and he was able to make time for the move that Saturday. I described to Derek what needed to be moved, and Derek said that sounded like two truckloads. He could hear the doubt in my voice, and he assured me he could make it happen. He absolutely made it happen. Derek and his assistant made quick work of the move, disassembling furniture, wrapping it, and covering everything with quilted pads. Derek is a pro. I highly recommend his services, and I'd absolutely use We Haul Raleigh again.
