5 months agoPro Renovations far exceeded our expectations with our recent master bathroom remodel. Tony and Cody were wonderful to work with and they helped turn our bathroom renovation dream into reality! We wanted to convert our existing bathtub into a large walk in shower with a custom glass door and it turned out better than we could have imagined. We also had our shower stall taken out and remodeled to have a standalone tub. Tony and Cody worked very efficiently and completed our project in a few short weeks. We appreciate how responsive Tony was and he communicated with us throughout the entire project. Highly recommend doing business with this company! -

5 months agoI hired Pro Renovations to do multiple projects around my home, which included a kitchen & master bathroom remodel and some smaller projects. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Pro Renovations handled everything with professionalism, excellent communication, and outstanding quality. They kept me informed throughout the projects, which really made the projects stress free! Truly the best! We definitely be using them again! Highly recommend this company! -

6 months agoI didn't have the best experience. I did a walk through with the contractor explaining everything that needed to be done, which was a lot. Kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, sloping issues with the subfloor ect. They underbid the job which was misleading. I understand things come up during demo but they were well aware of a sloping floor that needed to be fixed throughout and after they started work they said they had only quoted fixing one room of the floors instead of all the rooms that were sloped which is kind of rediculous. Why would I only want one room of sloped floors fixed? The whole company took a week off of work in the middle of the project, so work completely stopped delaying the project. That was never disclosed to me that they take an entire random week off. Then when they got back they threateningly told me they were not going to continue work until they got another payment after not doing any work for a week ( which they had already gotten well over half of the project payment) so work was stalled again. Payments were being made so threats were not necessary. They wasted weeks of time and money through out the project when nobody was there working. When the job was "completed" they left several doors that they had replaced in the middle of the room instead of disposing them. For the money that was paid, I dont think the quality of work was up to par. I had to hire several of other people to finish up what they did not complete. Overall I think they would probably be OK for one smaller job but was disappointed in the process, their efficiency and their communication. -

1 year agoWe hired Pro Renovations to renovate our 1980's master bathroom. It was a big job involving removal of a wall and replacing our tub with a walk- in shower. They did a fantastic job, completely transforming our bathroom. We felt comfortable with having each of their employees in our home. The job was completed in a reasonable period of time at a fair price. Our project manager Matt was great and Sophie in the office was too. We highly recommend Pro Renovations and we will be using this company for future projects. 5 stars
