The craftsmanship was exactly what we were looking for. Each home is perfectly planned with attention to quality and detail. The building process was smooth and on time as expected. Our on site builder/project manager, Greg, was amazing- he knew every nook and cranny of the house, spotted and fixed issues I would never notice and was very communicative. Their design team was so creative, and came up with beautiful solutions to dilemmas that came up, adding character and value to our home. If you are looking for a local builder with soul that cares about your investment as much as you do, then South Haven is for you. They are simply the best. -

7 months agoWe couldn't be happier with our South Haven Home. I am a realtor in Roswell and my husband and I had been looking for our 'forever home' since 2020. After seeing EVERYTHING on the market over the course of several years, we decided to go the new build route and started meeting with builders. I will mention that one builder that is very popular in Downton Roswell had me complete a multi-page application to 'get to know our needs' and then never reached out again. Alyson at South Haven was not only responsive in scheduling a meeting time to discuss the process, she had us quickly scheduled to tour one of their custom homes in Sandy Springs that was almost completed. We immediately fell in love with South Haven's custom craftsmanship, attention to detail and high end finishes. After deciding to move forward, we worked with many people on the South Haven team and had a great experience with all. We consistently felt we were in the loop of the building process, communication was great and South Haven went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. As a realtor, I have seen many new build inspection reports and sometimes they can have more problems than a resale home. When we had our inspection done, there was a very short list of items that needed addressing, and they were taken care of quickly before we closed on the home. My inspector (that I have been working with for years) even commented that we were moving into an incredibly well built home. We have been in our South Haven home for almost a year and continue to be impressed with the quality of work. A few minor items have popped up and their team takes care of whatever the issue is quickly and to our satisfaction. From beginning to end it has been a great experience!
