4 years agoI had a large tree project, quoted job with more than one company. Luckily I had the good fortune to have Redfern sales Rep (Fred S.) come take a look. What I enjoyed was his honest effort to find solution to tree removal to get everything done at cost we could afford. Every other service just threw numbers at me and pressed to close the sale. Thank you Fred. Once the project started the crew (Jorge & the guys), office staff (Emma) and owner (Ajsa) were all Awesome at keeping things on track! All the primary trees were handled and some extra work was completed. Our job was based on day rate for the amount of time likely to finish. They were great, the house is much safer. Still have more work to do and I will be calling Redfern Tree Service again when ready. -

5 years agoRedfern is one of the best business experiences I have ever had. EVERYONE, I dealt with was courteous and accommodating. Communication was great before, during and after the job. They worked expeditiously upon arrival and left my yard spotless. You get what you pay for, and what you are paying for is incredible skill, knowledge, and professionalism. I will never look for another tree company as long as I am in the metro Atlanta area. Hire with absolute confidence. -

5 years agoRedfern Tree Service did a GREAT job for us! This is our second time using them. The first was a simple tree trimming, but their visit last week was far more challenging. Azur's team was professional, punctual, and respectful. They arrived with everything they needed. It was not an easy job. A massive limb had snapped and was in my neighbor's yard while still attached to the tree. Luis, the team lead, was able to manage removal of the hanging limb, the damaged tree, and a second overgrown tree without any damage to our fences. They used plywood to protect my yard from their mini-tractor contraption that carried the debris and heavy pieces of trunk to the wood chipper. The price was REALLY good especially for the level of professionalism and experience. The next time I need any tree service I won't even bother with getting any other quotes. I will simply call Redfern. Great company. -

5 years agoWe have used Redfern for many years. The very large oak that their crew removed yesterday was within 5 feet of our house, on a very small lot, and included numerous above ground lines for utilities stretched within 25 feet of the tree. Redfern is the only service we would trust with such a tedious job. I assumed that the project would take at least 2 days. A crew of 8 skilled workers arrived at 9am and the tree was completely gone by 6pm without incident. The team worked quickly and in a well coordinated effort. I have to say though - it was the energy and positive attitudes of the workers that was most impressive. Thanks to all of you! -

5 years agoAn excellent experience! All aspects were handled very professionally. The price was competitive, the crews courteous, efficient, and punctual. I even noticed that of all the companies I went to for a quote, Redfern was the most professional, including phone demeanor of the office staff. I was very impressed all the way through. Next time I need tree work done, I will call Treefern. Work done: removal of two huge hollies, including stump grinding; and trimming of two other trees.
