4 years agoThis was the worst experience I've ever dealt with any company. Chris promised to cut some trees down and I paid him in full before the job was done. His truck broke down on my property and I was trying to be understanding and give him time to get his truck fixed or at least give him time to rent the proper equipment to do the job, which he promised to do. He never cut any trees down for me or did any of the work he promised. He moved his truck in the middle of the night and I never heard from him again. He never gave me any refund and now he will not return my calls or text. I would give less than one star if I could. I got WM Tree service to complete the job at half the cost. -

5 years agoThey cut down three trees, the stumps, and numerous roots - at an amazing price. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The whole crew was very professional and treated my property like it was theirs. Will definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed! -

6 years agoVery happy with our experience with Treeality. tree removal and stump grinding. Chris, the owner, was exceptionally easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. Crew was quick and efficient and left the yard very clean as promised. Prices were reasonable out of the 3 companies we quoted. Chris has great customer service and even came back to the house next day when we found a busted pipe. He found it was the sprinkler system (very hard to know where those pipes lay). He had an irrigation guy there and the problem was fixed the same day. Couldn't be happier, would recommend for any work and will use Treeality again for tree removal and stump grinding.
