They worked very hard to make sure that I was satisfied at each step of the process. 1 year agoWe had an amazing experience overall with a large scope kitchen/bar remodel. Our on point person and site manager was Jay and was a terrific communicator and perfectionist. Our project included a complete gutting including all drywall ceiling and blending an Amish barn siding floor. Phenomenal workmanship and finished in budget and 2 weeks early. Unheard of for a project of this size and scope which including complete HVAC with gas! Look at Scott Hall site two of main photos are of our kitchen. 2 years agoWe are about to start our 3rd project with Scott Hall Remodeling. Our first was a remodel of our primary bathroom, the second was the complete overhaul of our first floor including our kitchen, dining space, great-room and powder room. Our next project will be converting a walkout level storage space into a workout room. I can't even begin to describe how thrilled we are with the impact of our first two projects. We could never have imagined our home, which we've lived in for 13 years, looking as beautiful as it does. After spending more time than we'd like to admit trying to find a remodeler that could fit our needs, we came across SHR working in our neighborhood. After meeting with Bryn, we realized they truly fit the "sweet spot" of alternatives. Most remodelers were either limited to handling the construction aspect of projects like ours or sold "design capabilities" as part of their package to justify extremely high prices. Scott Hall's pricing was fair and their designer, Callie, had the perfect demeanor - listening to our taste and preferences and delivering options that fit our style and objectives. Both projects ran on time, and our project manager was incredible. He started everyday by 8:30am and finished up by cleaning and organizing the workspace by 4:30pm - 4:45pm. He treated our home as if it was his own and even made suggestions for improvements that we otherwise wouldn't have caught. In all we couldn't have asked for a better experience both times, as demonstrated by our decision to work with SHR again. -

3 years agoThanks to the team of Scott Hall Remodeling we have a wonderful new bathroom! Bryn, Bonnie, Dan and Mike were wonderful to work with. All work was done on time and in a professional manner. In the middle of our project, we had a family tragedy and I notified Bryn that we would need to stop the work. He was very responsive and patient. When we were ready to begin work again, the team started right back up and finished the work in a timely manner.
