4 months agoAs a follow-up, there were some stains on the ceiling and it took months for someone to come out and look at them. It was determined by the agent that the stained panels came from the manufacturer that way. I was assured they would get to the bottom of it by finding out how to remove stain and provide paint to match in case it was needed. That was many months ago with no contact from Sunspace. Their follow through leaves much to be desired. After three years, the stains remain. Worked with me to get insurance approval after ice and snow damaged my 3-season room roof. Once materials received, finished the replacement and clean-up in one day. Roof/ceiling are a great improvement in the quality and appearance of my room. Very professional, diligent, friendly management and staff. Would recommend. -

1 year agoSales - Excellent Product - Excellent Installation - Excellent The only issue I can say is less than excellent is trying to clean the windows. I have tried a couple of times using the exact instructions and spray they gave me and still they're streaky and smeary. I gave up. Other than that try them, you'll like them. -

1 year agoI absolutely LOVE my new space. It's my favorite room to start my morning with coffee or end the evening listening to nature by our pond. Max was incredible and thought about how to frame the outside so it mimicked the inside. The builder was personable, friendly, and cleaned up every day!
