6 months agoI currently have 3-4 different shades of white cabinets, a broken cabinet, a cabinet with no shelves, grout stains and cracks. The faucet was placed too far back and splashes the SANDED NOT CAULKED grout of the backsplash causing cracks and probably water damage. All of which has been repeatedly asked to be fixed. The painting of the first floor is horrible and/or wrong paint and not finished. That contractor missed appointments and abandoned the still not finished job after 7 months. I picked up their trash nightly, they broke heirloom decanter and vase. Slit hose, got paint/drywall/ caulk on new composite deck, pavers, and driveway among many other things. Proceed with extreme caution because Michael will promise everything and not deliver. And whatever you do, don?t let him go up on your roof and rip shingles off for an insurance claim. Guess what? It doesn't work that way and he abandoned that once they rejected the claim. -
