3 months agoIt's Five stars for me!! 10/10 recommend this business! Listen... when I bought My house, I thought I was stepping into my HGTV era. You know, cozy paint colors, Pinterest vibes, maybe a candle smelling like "New Beginnings.". I was certain Anthropologie would be calling me to feature my life in their latest inspirations of home decor. (I live in Canton so not realistic but The expectation was there none-the-less) Instead, I discovered The Door of Rot and Regret, a portal so decayed it looked like it had personally survived Noah's flood and the locusts of Egypt. Everytime a cloud would simply pass in front of the sun, my mop would knock on my pantry door three times just to let me know it's available in case of rain. Brian from 1st choice Windows and doors swooped in like superhero straight out of renovation Avengers. Brian didn't just replace a door ohhh no,no, no. He laid hands on that situation like a Sunday morning prayer line. He saw the rot, the decay, the absolute disrespect that door showed me, and he said, "Not today satan!" He marched in with the confidence of someone who has seen worse (I don't wanna know what he's seen, but God bless him). He removed that tragic, decomposing excuse for an entryway and installed a door so fresh, so solid, so upright. I wanted to anoint it with oil. And THEN he left not even a trace of dirt that he had been there! Now my entrance looks like it belongs to a functioning adult who pays their bills on time and has a bright future ahead of them. Let me tell you, If you have a door that is falling off the hinges, behaving like it needs therapy, or simply refusing to act right. CALL 1ST CHOICE WINDOWS AND DOORS! . Call them immediately. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Just save your home, your dignity & possibly your reputation with the neighborhood. They don't just fix doors and windows. They restore hope. They rebuild dreams. They deliver you from the wilderness of rotten wood and questionable past owners. Five stars. Ten hallelujahs. And one door that is now smoother than butter on a hot biscuit. -

1 year agoBrian was great, very reasonably priced. Straight forward, and he stands behind his work. He will be honest about what you need, not just sell you on a 50k package you don't need. We love the windows and the finished product. I highly recommend at least getting a quote and letting him earn your business. -
