1 year agoThe owner, Austin, came across very nice and knowledgeable at first, and he was very eager to start the work, texting me several times. I assumed it was the salesman. When his crew was dispatched to begin day 1 of work to remove one tree and stump grind it, they trespassed on my neighbors parking lot intentionally. He then became very combative with my neighbor (I have the video of this) and even a Sheriff was dispatched to break things up. By the end of the day, they did take the tree down but left a mess and they didn't grind the stump. When I notified the BBB about this , I guess he pretended that I was not a customer at all, except he didn't realize I have his texts, his quote and bank records showing I paid for a service he didn't do. I would not recommend him at all. -

2 years agoWe have used Eastyn's for several projects this year and we are very happy that we found them. We have two properties with several trees that needed immediate attention. Austin's concern for our safety was very real, and including negotiating to work with our neighbor to remove one of their trees that was threatening our property. I recommend them highly for any tree services you might need. -

3 years agoMy husband and I hired Austin for a job (cutting down brush, cutting up some large logs, stump grinding and cutting down one tree) they were at our house for 3 days and completed about 75% of the work. They were supposed to come back to finish what was not completed.....that was over a year ago and Austin has yet to come back. He's for the most part contacted me back when I have checked in to see when he's coming back, but he has yet to actually show up when he's said he will, leaving me and my husband to change plans often. I've tried to be understanding about the weather and special circumstances, but waiting more than a year for Austin to return to complete a job that is paid for is unacceptable. I gave a good review a year ago when I assumed Austin would keep his word and return, but I wanted to update that review to include my current situation. Currently, I have not heard from Austin in over a month during which I've asked multiple times when he's coming back. I don't know what to do anymore, and am assuming I won't be reimbursed so here's my experience and I guess I'll be having to hire someone else to finish the job that he should have completed. -

Everyone was friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave trash in yard. I will definitely be hiring them for any other jobs I need done and highly recommend them! -
