1 month agoRented a 40 yard dumpster at $586 for 10 days. Paid for an additional 5 days for an extra $100. No problem with that. Returned the dumpster not even all the way full and was charged an additional $468 for being over weight? How? How does your dumpster not accommodate putting clothes, cardboard boxes and old Gibson Greetings merchandise? I don't believe it. We originally thought we were getting a good deal and planned to rent again in the spring with this company. We will not now. There is no way we went over the weight and especially not that much to almost be charged double. This company is unethical in its billing charges. Side note: Our neighbor at the beginning of our rental came to us to relay that because they went to the wrong address originally, when they backed up in his driveway they cracked an item in that driveway. How embarrassing to have to deal with. Don't rent from this company. -
