3 months agoFrom the get-go, the staff at Pro-Resto were terrific! Katie and Luke came out for an initial inspection, then Luke was our point person from start to finish. What could be a stressful process for a homeowner was the total opposite! Luke worked with our insurance adjuster, went over our needs and expectations, and oversaw the entire process; great attention to detail, responsive and honest. So appreciate the time and work from the whole crew. We are super pleased with the new roof, replaced skylights, and gutters. Thank you! -

4 months agoMy experience with Trevor has been very pleasant and easy. He has throughly explained things that i did not understand and was easy to reach to communicate with . So far they have worked efficiently with me and the process has been smooth so far .. looking forward to my end results edited review - my whole neighborhood got redone from this storm. !I got way less then most the neighborhood. They did a sloppy job. THe roofed left nails everywhere and areas of the roof that looked less than good - when i asked trevor he gave me excuse and stopped responding. My house still has the chalk marks everywhere where they marked and no one bothered to clean that up. Window screens still have holes. When comparing to many and i mean many houses in the neighborhood- they did a half ass job and overcharged. Do not recommend.. -

4 months agoThey took our money months ago and we still don't have a roof. You call and they say they have you on the schedule and just don't show up. Going to be putting a fraud report into my insurance company if this doesn't get resolved.
