They worked with our insurance company and met with the inspector. Our insurance company approved the work and now we have all new windows. Every step of the way they worked to expedite the window delivery and provided a great install team. It was a great experience. -

3 months agoIn 2018 had all windows replaced. In 2025 had my cedar roof replaced both due to separate hail storms paid fully by homeowners insurance and it was Encompass Builders that made it happen. All with good quality work. Have recommended to friends with similar results. -

Great communication of scope of work and realized expectations. Installation crew, led by Tom Sr., was early, efficient, professional, organized, and neat. Very impressed by the quality of the Pella product with perfect fit and matching trim, hardware and caulk colors. All exceeded our expectations. Thanks. -

10 months agoTrent came to my home and initially I told him I had no interest in pursuing a claim on windows and roof for my home. He did persist and assured me he would handle the entire process. He worked diligently with our insurance carrier and got everything approved. He then handled the entire process from start to finish. I can't say how much he exceeded all of my expectations for this claim and for how hard he worked. I would highly recommend Encompass and especially Trent.
