9 years agoSiegel Construction recently completed the build out on our new state of the art dental office. After 27 years in practice at our one location, it was a move I had been dreading. I feel very fortunate that I found and chose to work with Siegel Construction. They are truly a full service five star operation. Offering everything from help in space location, office design, office completion and, office construction. Throughout the process I felt like their entire team was totally invested in the successful design and build out of the office. They delivered a beautiful finished turn key project. 9 years agoSiegel Construction recently completed a build out on our pediatric and orthodontic dental practice. We couldn't be happier with the results. They worked extremely fast and efficient. If I ever had any questions or concerns they immediately responded and took care of it. Whenever you are building a new practice there is stress, but working closely with Max, Ayrat, and Viktoria they took a lot of that away. The entire team was amazing and a pleasure to work with. The quality of work is amazing and we are constantly hearing how beautiful our office is from our patients. We highly recommend Siegel Construction!! -

9 years agoEvery construction project is challenging and selecting right construction company was definitely one of the most important decisions we had to make. Artful Smiles Dental Studio had to be built from scratch on the first floor of the high rise building in Evanston following very strict rules and policies outlined by the landlord. Before project actually started we had a meeting with Siegel where Max, Alec, Paul and Viktoria clearly explained all phases, provided time line for each phase and project overall. We went over every step confirming design details and materials that would be used. Everything was well documented and easy to understand. During construction Max and Alec did an amazing job keeping us updated, providing constant reports with pictures so we never had to wonder if there is any progress or what the next step would be. They went above and beyond accommodating every change in design along the way and providing valuable advice when needed. Separate thank you and gratitude to Victoria Kiyan, designer with unparalleled vision, who can immediately understand what client wants and translate it into a beautiful design. And of course Siegel back office, specifically Yana Orlova, who was very diligent and always ready to help with any questions around billing throughout the project. On our Go-Live day Alec was in the office for a few first patients - this was absolutely unsolicited and showed us that Siegel is truly behind their clients until very end. For me Siegel is an unprecedented combination of great skills, rigorous project management and service model that puts client as the highest priority. -

9 years agoI had Siegel construction build out my new office space a little over a year ago. When we started, Tiger offered me the moon and the stars, and although his bid was more expensive than others, his professionalism and reviews from others elicited my trust. But mid construction, their management changed, I was assigned another lead contractor who was more careless, less professional, and had more "no" 's than "yes" 's like the rest of the team. The quality, attention to detail, and communication seemed to change. And Tiger was MIA. I only saw him a few times after we signed the paperwork as he was out of town for most of my construction. Once they finished my project, they moved on to another project and their customer service and response rate went down substantially. I still have unresolved issues and am unable to get someone to contact me back. Emails, phone calls are to no avail. I would rate their overall build of the office a 4/5. Some of the materials and subcontractors they used/suggested are very cheap - totally not worth the price I paid. The post-construction communication/service, I would rate a 1/5. Empty promises, calls/emails ignored. Poor communication. They suggested adding extra cabinets, which I agreed and placed a deposit. Alec told me he would be by to give me a sample of the cabinet. Several months went by and he still hasn't come by. Project is still not complete. After calling numerous times, he said they have too much going on and they can't complete the project. I've been asked by several other dentists if I would recommend Siegel Construction, and unfortunately, I tell them to look for other options. Although they can build you a decent office, they're not ready to take care of you in the long run.
