1 year agoQuality Air came to my house on the 3rs of January for my boiler, as of now where they was approved for the work. Now I have an appointment January 20th where they are so busy. Now this is priority, or an emergency cause one I have 2 senior citizens living with me, my mother is legally blind hard to walk and have my uncle here with stage 4 prostate cancer with no heat and this is not and emergency to them. Really show you they just chase the buck. My bill is to low for them to come right out. Deep -

2 years agoQuality Air HVAC Trust was assigned by HSA. I had to call to schedule an appointment and I advised my A/C unit wax on my roof with my own ladder access. The scheduler stated it would not be a problem. I had to delay a week with family vacation plans. The called advising of their arrival and came an hour after the scheduled time. Once the technician arrived I informed him of the access. He called his supervisor who said no. The technician was very professional and apologetic, but said they could not help. Once again a failed attempt by HSA and a contractor. Just unprofessional company overall. Thank you for nothing.
