3 months agoThe installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating. -

4 months agoDespite being close to an hour away, Eric was willing to come out on a Sat. to view my Heat pump. He provided great insight, His recommendations were spot-on and his pricing was provided in writing on the spot and was very fair to both of us. Post quote follow up was great. Work started quickly , went smoothly and his team was very accommodating to my needs. I asked many questions along the way and was given wise counsel. Indeed, l am a perfectionist and Eric was helpful to NOT spend my money unnecessarily when l insisted on upgrades mid-job which probably saved me $2-3000! His team did a thorough job and l am well pleased with the outcome. Tremendous value and high level of professionalism and expertise. -

5 months agoMiller plumbg responded quickly to my leaking bathroom pipe. It was a tricky fix as pipe was bored thru joist but my plumber was very professional, and experienced with it. He also gave me an addl access panel which will be helpful to any future homeowner should any addl issues arise. I declined the patch & paint however im certain he would have aced that as well. I paid one price but not sure if P&P was covered or not. Thanks to Miller Plumbing for an outstanding job!! -

5 months agoIt was one of those weird things ...the flexible steel hose in the kitchen sink sprung a leak - I've never see that before. So I shut off the water and called the plumber. They came out an looked, and said I needed a whole new faucet, and they recommended a few. I went to Home Depot, bought the faucet, and Miller Plumbing came back a few days later, installed the new faucet. the were fast a thorough, everything works; the charge was actually less than I thought it would be (they didn't charge 'the visit' twice, only the first time).

FAQ
How does Miller Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric determine pricing for services like plumbing repairs or heat pump inspections?
We provide upfront pricing after inspecting the issue, so you know the exact cost before any work begins. This approach covers services from leaking pipes to heating tune-ups and includes written estimates for transparency. Free estimates are available to help you plan without commitment.
Are you licensed and insured for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work?
Miller Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric holds PA license #PA009352, valid through November 20, 2025, issued by the Pennsylvania Attorney General List of Registered Contractors. Our factory-trained and DOT-certified technicians ensure all work meets safety standards for gas lines, furnaces, and more. We carry proper insurance to protect your home during repairs or installations.
Does Miller Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric handle tankless water heater installations and tricky pipe fixes through joists?
We install tankless water heaters alongside new furnaces, as shown in our recent Pittsburgh projects. Our team tackles complex plumbing issues, like pipes bored through joists, using proven techniques for durable results. These services extend to heat pumps, drain cleaning, and full HVAC systems for comprehensive home care.
What should I expect for scheduling, arrival times, and same-day service availability?
We offer same-day service and estimates, including weekends and 7-day emergency response for urgent needs like leaks or heat pump checks. Technicians call ahead with precise arrival windows and accommodate tight timelines, even traveling up to an hour for Saturday visits. This ensures minimal disruption while addressing your heating, cooling, or plumbing priorities promptly.
How does Miller Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric handle cleanup and after-service follow-up?
We leave your home clean by removing debris from jobs like furnace installations or pipe repairs. A minimum one-year parts and labor warranty covers any issues post-service, giving you assurance on quality. Contact us directly for any follow-up needs, and we assist with insurance paperwork if applicable.
Why is hiring you safer and more effective than attempting DIY fixes for issues like flexible hose leaks or heat pump problems?
Our over 45 years of experience and factory-trained team identify rare issues, such as flexible steel hose failures or heat pump faults, that DIY often misses. Professional tools and DOT certification prevent hazards like gas line errors or improper joist repairs, avoiding costly damage. Upfront pricing and warranties ensure long-term fixes without the risks of amateur attempts.
