3 months agoHaving used Smucker and Sons in the past for other jobs that we were pleased with, we decided to go with them when we needed to have our siding, fascia and gutters replaced. The entire process was exceptional. Phil quickly came onsite, showed us a color match that helped us navigate through our HOA requirements, and quickly put together an estimate. The crew did an outstanding job on the installation and finished ahead of the time we thought it would take to complete the work. Luke did an outstanding job managing the work, communicating and ensuring the work was performed to the highest standard and to our satisfaction. We have received many compliments on the look of the house, the quality of the siding product, and the workmanship of Smucker and Sons. We would highly recommend Smucker and Sons and would most definitely use the firm again for other work. -

6 months agoProfessional from start to finish! We undertook several major house upgrades this year - new roof, all new windows, and new entrance doors. We decided to go with Smucker & Sons for all of it based on responsiveness, communication, professionalism, and price. From the knowledgeable, low pressure sales approach, to the prompt scheduling and follow through, to the meticulous, respectful, and thoroughness of the installation guys, each stage exceeded our expectations. We have worked with many contractors on many homes over the years but I wouldn't recommend any of them as highly. Well done all around! -

They've handled a front door replacement, full roof installation, window replacements, and most recently, the addition of a beautiful sunroom (photos included). Their craftsmanship is top-notch-everything looks clean, precise, and built to last. The team is professional, easy to communicate with, and they've always stuck to the agreed timeline and budget. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Smucker & Sons for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality contractors in the Lancaster area. -

10 months agoWe recently added a sunroom and deck ( fall 2024)to the back of our house. I am so pleased with the quality and workmanship provided by Smucker and Sons. Justin and Lamar really paid attention to details and took pride in their work. I researched a lot of sunroom companies and I am so glad we went with Smucker and Sons. Really enjoyed winter days in the sunroom!
