Everything is now sturdy, perfectly aligned, and looks better than it did before. Doug was punctual, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. 2 months agoNeeded to get our Bilco basement doors replaced, they came and installed. As the weather changed we realized many shortcuts (parts left that should have been installed, parts weren't sealed at all, etc.) were taken to seal and install the doors leading to many places of water intrusion towards the basement. Called them to check it out, willing to pay for repairs to just get it taken care of. Ghost silence. Never bothered to follow up. Poor quality work, poor quality service. DO NOT RECOMMEND, will find other hardworking people to work with.
