Right off the gate, we hit a few unforeseen conditions, but their ability to pivot quickly and come up with a strategy was a key element to why the remodel was such a success. The communication is what really made this process seamless and stress free, and we really appreciate the layers of communication they implemented to make sure we didn't miss a beat. What started with a kitchen Reno and flooring for the first floor turned into a new mini-split for the master, new lights, new built-ins and a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole house, and again, a few added days to the schedule, but the team remained extremely transparent throughout the process. Thank you GCM team. We are excited to call this wonderful place our home! -
