2 years agoWe hired Bill and his team to do a full remodel on our extremely dated bathroom, which was the only one in our house. We wanted to remove a small hallway, and a closet to give us enough room to turn the one bathroom into two fulls. Bill's expertise meant that he took all of our ideas and not only made them happen - he made them better. Right from the beginning he was always on time, very quick to respond to questions and give updates, and transparent about pricing and timelines. When it came time for the remodel he and his crew were always prompt, extremely tidy and super knowledgeable. All of his workers and tradespeople were fantastic to work with. The end result of our bathroom - turning one weird layout into 2 full bathrooms - came out perfect. Bill came in on budget (with any updates discussed well ahead of time) and ahead of schedule. We can't wait to work with him and his crew again! -

From the early planning stage to the completion of final details, Bill was consistently eager to understand what we wanted, responsive to our hopes for the project, and always helpful with his own ideas and feedback based on his many years of experience. He was also helpful in guiding us to the best vendors and made several key suggestions that helped bring everything together perfectly. The guys on the crew were consistently awesome. They were punctual, professional, pleasant, highly skilled professionals who took obvious pride in their work, right down to the smallest details. It was abundantly clear that they would not be happy with the project if we were not completely satisfied. We had high expectations going into this long-awaited renovation, and they exceeded them. Our bathroom is up next for a major overhaul, and we wouldn't think of pursuing it unless we can get Bill and his crew on the job.
