5 months agoWhen Jerry came to give us an estimate, we were impressed with his knowledge and tree expertise, as well as his willingness to share helpful information. Jerry and his amazing crew did a fantastic job of cutting and removing nine of our 50-60 foot trees to include a huge pin oak, pine and wild cherry trees. Having never really followed a "tree climber", we were concerned about how anyone could climb and cut some of our trees from a slippery rock-filled bank that was hard enough to walk on, close to our house, and to our pond. Jerry listened and truly heard my concerns and worry that someone would not be safe. We very impressed with the safety precautions Jerry took to ensure that his crew members, and us while we were busy taking pictures, were all safe. With our house located on a very hilly property, manual labor was at a premium. Much work, like getting supplies and materials to the tree site, had to be done manually. In addition, removing the tree trunks, branches, debris had to be carried downhill, or when possible, with the Bobcat. The crew was fantastic about all those trips and the weight they carried up and down our hill!!!! Jerry went out of his way to ensure all our retaining walls were protected and not damaged, as well as the ivy and grass. Many decisions, and results, showed the creativity of Jerry and the Timber Taskforce. And they all did a fantastic job of clean up, which was very much appreciated. During the job, Jerry did a great job of communicating status updates and reasons for certain steps being taken. He did all of this in the most professional, polite and respectful manner. We highly recommend Timber Taskforce for a job well done. We are confident about their ability and willingness to provide a reasonable estimate, a safe environment and a totally cleaned up area. You were very appreciated. -

1 year agoHigh wind toppled my maple tree onto the roadway below blocking both westbound lanes. Made numerous calls and Timber Taskforce came through. Greeted pleasantly, listened to my concerns, and assured me that they could take care of the problem. The crew she sent me couldn't have been better. You can feel comfortable knowing that your job will be handled quickly and professionally. Thanks so much for a GREAT experience!! -

1 year agoJerry and Emily Tasker are awesome. When they came to do the estimate they explained how the schedule was full, but Jerry told me if I could be patient he would fit our job in. They kept us informed and came and did the job as promised. They were professional and polite and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future job. These are amazing people doing God's work.
