4 months agoI just had a huge oak tree and a small cedar tree taken down by Triple A, and i am so happy with their service! It was truly a pleasure dealing with them. First, they showed up when they said they would, which I think is important. I was very impressed with the safety measures the crew took, such as hard hats, safety harnesses and protective eye wear. They were professional, methodical and courteous at all times, from the initial meeting to give an estimate to the finish. These guys really know their business! They made my yard look neat and pretty before they left, and it only took 3 hours total! I got a couple other quotes which were comparable, but I went with Triple A because a neighbor had just had their service and they were very happy. I think I paid a very fair price for all that was done. I would use them again in a heartbeat. -

All of the things about their efficiency and being pleasant to work with are great but even better is their pricing. The best I've found, and Pascual always answers, not like other companies that leave you hanging when you try to get work done at your home. -

5 months agoTriple A did a great job trimming my tree. The workers shaped the tree beautifully and did a thorough job of cleaning up all debris. The Triple A owner is knowledgeable regarding the type of tree being trimmed and what is needed to keep the tree in good stead (how much can be removed and what parts of the tree can be trimmed without harming the tree). He came quickly after I phoned him to provide a free estimate; once I agreed to use the company for my job, he forwarded me a contract explaining the details of the job via email. The Triple A workers were courteous and polite; they worked together like a well-trained team. They were careful not disturb the surrounding area of my yard. Before starting work on the job, the owner gave the workers instructions regarding my preferences and how they should approach and handle the work at hand. The job was completed without incident or error in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company. -
